The goals cost analysis should show how much is spent to achieve each goal. Also include information about how much could be saved by changing a goal, and how much more it would cost to strengthen a goal (for example, the cost of keeping an off-site backup of customer data is much higher if that data cannot be more than an hour old, much less if it can be up to a week old.)
